Design Features and Working Principle

The UEL207 bearing is a variant of deep groove ball bearings. Its most distinctive characteristic is that the outer diameter surface of its outer ring is spherical. This design enables it to engage with the concave spherical inner bore of the bearing housing, thereby providing an automatic self-aligning capability. This functionality compensates for misalignment caused by installation inaccuracies or shaft deflection, resulting in relatively lenient requirements for the machining precision of the mounting base
