Its core design characteristic is that the apexes of the conical surfaces of the inner ring, outer ring raceways, and rollers all converge at a single point on the bearing's central axis. This structure enables it to simultaneously withstand significant radial loads and axial loads in one direction (i.e., combined loads).

Structure and Material: The bearing typically features a separable design. This means the inner ring assembly (comprising the inner ring, rollers, and cage) can be installed separately from the outer ring (cup), facilitating installation, adjustment, and maintenance. Through adjustments made during installation, the bearing's clearance can be precisely controlled or preload can be achieved to meet the stiffness and rotational accuracy requirements of different operating conditions. The bearing material is typically high-carbon chromium bearing steel (GCr15), ensuring high hardness and wear resistance.
