The SA203 bearing is a type of eccentric bore insert ball bearing with a spherical outer surface

. The spherical outer surface of its outer ring allows it to be seated into the corresponding concave spherical surface of the bearing housing, providing an automatic self-aligning effect. This effectively compensates for misalignment caused by installation errors or shaft deflection.


This type of bearing is typically pre-lubricated with grease and comes equipped with sealed rings, offering good anti-dust and anti-contamination capabilities

. Generally, there is no need for cleaning or replenishing lubricant before installation, which simplifies the maintenance process. The structure with an eccentric locking collar facilitates secure fastening on the shaft.
