Double Row Angular Contact Ball Bearings are precision bearing units that incorporate two rows of balls with a common sphered raceway in the outer ring. This design enables the bearing to accommodate combined radial and axial loads acting in either direction, as well as moment loads. Compared to single row angular contact ball bearings, the double row configuration provides higher rigidity and load capacity within a more compact cross-section, eliminating the need for complex pairing and adjustment. They are pre-adjusted by the manufacturer to a specific internal clearance or preload, simplifying installation.
